2. You never win an argument with a customer.
3. A customer votes with his wallet - or his feet. He simply walks away and spends his money elsewhere, instead of trying to win an argument with the supplier.
4. If you do not look after your customers, somebody else will!
5. If you do not have customers, you do not have a business.
6. People buy from people.
